This website is not HIPAA compliant

Messages sent through this website travel over ordinary web and email infrastructure that is not covered by a HIPAA business associate agreement. Please do not submit medical information, symptoms, diagnoses, medication lists, test results, insurance member numbers, or any other protected health information here. Send us your name and how to reach you, and we will collect anything clinical through a secure channel such as a phone call, our patient portal, or an in-visit intake.

Protected health information created during treatment is handled under our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive at your first appointment.

What we collect through this website

• Your first and last name
• Your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
• Your preferred way to be contacted
• The reason you selected for reaching out
• The message you write
• How you heard about us (and your free-text answer if you choose “Other”)
• A one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser user agent, used only to limit spam and abuse

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to schedule care, to limit spam, and to understand which channels bring people to the practice. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Website enquiries are deleted automatically 30 days after they are received. If a message contains clinical or insurance details despite our request, it is deleted unread and we respond by phone instead. If an enquiry becomes part of your clinical record, that record is kept separately under medical record retention rules.

Who can see it

Website enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database reachable only by our own server-side code and authorized practice staff. They are not readable from the public website.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies load only after you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy for details and for how to change your choice.
