Everything on this website is general information about our practice. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and reading it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. A relationship begins only after an evaluation with one of our clinicians.

Emergencies

This website and our voicemail are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency department.

Do not send medical or insurance information

This website is not HIPAA compliant. Do not use its forms or email links to send symptoms, diagnoses, medications, test results, or insurance member details. See our Privacy Policy.

Appointments, fees, and cancellations

Requesting an appointment through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Appointments are confirmed by our staff. Published self-pay rates and the $75 missed visit fee may change; the rate quoted to you before your visit governs.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this website, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, scrape content, or use it to send unlawful or harassing material.

Intellectual property

The name The Well In You Psychiatric Group, our logo, text, and images are owned by the practice or licensed to it, and may not be reused without written permission.

We link to outside organizations on our Resources page for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law, the practice is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for clinical care, which is governed by law and by your treatment agreement.
